Subtle back shaping, plush roll arms, boxed seat cushions, and Elaine accent wood trim will add style and comfort to any family room environment. Elaine has a smoother leather surface that offers a soft and supple hand. The leather has a tonal handwipe effect, which gives color depth and variation, adding beauty and character. Elaine leather is Protected Leather (cleaning code E) follow prescribed methods of care and maintenance. Features: All Leather sofa. Frames have been tested to GSA government standards. Corners are glued, blocked and stapled. Seats and back spring rails are cut from 7/8 hardwood. Stripes and patterns are match cut. All fabrics are pre-approved for wearability and durability against AHFA standards. Cushion cores are constructed of low melt fiber wrapped over 1.8 density foam. |

Frames
Used in Upholstered Products
A Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all frames used in sofas, couches, love seats, upholstered chairs, ottomans, sectionals, and sleepers. Uptownleather Furniture Industries, Inc. warrants these components to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material and manufacturing defects. Lifetime means the normal useful life of the product.
Springs
5 Year Limited Warranty The metal spring systems are sinuous, wire seat springs, and, where applicable, back springs, and are secured by heavy gauge tie wires clipped at all intersections. Uptownleather Furniture Industries, Inc. warrants these systems to you, the original retail purchaser, for 5 years from date of purchase, against spring breakage caused by metal fatigue or spring clips pulling loose from the frame.
Cushioning
1 Year Limited Warranty
Uptownleather Furniture Industries, Inc. warrants the seat cushions to you, the original retail purchaser, for 1 year from date of purchase, against loss of resiliency. All cushioning will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This should be considered normal wear, and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect.
